Perforation 12 x 12:00 seal from scarce sheet of 100. All 1918 seals perforated on all four sides are scarce.
Type 1 - Circles (or large dots) between figures in date, flame of torch unsymmetrical as though blown to left, curved line around flame is closed at bottom by an irregular line, space within the curved line is irregularly shaded, yellow sizing under red.
