The early Indian Christmas Seals were issued by Sherwood Hall, who had just arrived from Korea, where he had issued the first 9 years of Korean Christmas Seals (1932-40). Although the Indian seals are just as scarce as the Korean issues, due to demand, the price is a lot less expensive. The 1st sheet has 25 seals, and all the rest have 35 seals. The total number of seals is 340. The first 10 Indian Christmas Seal Sheets 1941-50 (1950 is not pictured, but is included), have a competitive retail value of $107.50
